Block Paving Cleaning and Sealing

Block paving refurbishment and patio cleaning is a 4 Stage process -

Step 1: The area is extensively cleaned using a professional rotary headed pressure cleaner to remove the build up of weeds, moss, algae and general dirt and grime that may have built up over time. Any Oil and Diesel stains can also be treated and removed.

Step 2: The paved area is then treated with fungicidal wash to eliminate any remaining fungal spores and weed growths.

Step 3: Pure kiln dried sand is then brushed back into the joints to stabilise the paving from movement.

Step 4: Smartseal acrylic block paving sealer is then sprayed* onto the block paving. This increases the lifespan of your paving giving long lasting protection against loss of colour, algae, moss and staining.

* The acrylic sealant is sprayed in a two coat application ensuring each individual block, plus sand is saturated and stabilised providing the most protective long term solution.
